About Us

It was in 2016 that the idea for dvore was born in an office in Laval, Quebec.

For several years already, the team behind dvore had been developing eCommerce and web applications for their clients using various well-known platforms. Limited by the lack of flexibility of the current solutions and the difficulty to evolve their clients' eCommerce according to their needs, the two founders, Alexandre and Steve, decided to create their own technological platform.

The initial objective: to create a transactional platform with a scalable SaaS core that would allow for personalized or customizable functionalities. It also needed to easily integrate with technologies used by their client such as ERP, CRM, accounting management software and more!

In 2017, the development of dvore began thanks to the vision of several clients, partners and investors who believed in the project. Since then, the platform is constantly evolving and offers new features every month to customers and users to improve their customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX).

The dvore solution is simply the result of a desire to continually innovate in order to offer more flexibility and performance to businesses. It's a team with years of experience on a multitude of transactional platforms that combine their talents to innovate every day. Today, hundreds of companies in Canada and the United States use dvore as their customer and employee portal solution.
